After more than two decades in global pharma, biotech and medtech, I founded Gisselbaek Consulting to support organisations that need senior-level ownership of strategy and execution without necessarily hiring a full-time CMO or Medical Director.

Perspective on value creation

I am hands-on, collaborative and pragmatic. I integrate with executive teams, clinical teams, CROs, agencies and advisors, and I take responsibility for decisions, progress and external credibility.
